We have an extensive database of the most reputable suppliers and service providers in our area, as well as the colleagues and connections to take care of any needs throughout the United States and abroad.
Our Team
Julie Ulrich - President
TimeWise founder, and Las Vegas resident since 1986, Julie discovered her passion in the Personal Concierge industry over five years ago. As a working mother whose position required her to travel quite often, she identified a need for a trusted company to offer assistance with the daily tasks associated with running a household. By utilizing her strong organizational skills and exceptional ability to think “outside the box”, Julie, along with her team, launched an unmatched personal concierge service in Las Vegas.
Prior to founding TimeWise, Inc. in 2002, Julie’s professional experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to an established art dealer, a Retail Buyer for a large upscale leather goods chain, and Operations Manager for a local Las Vegas retailer for over 11 years.
She currently serves as Executive Vice President of Membership for the National Concierge Association and is Past President of the NCA-NV Chapter. Julie has achieved the prestigious designation of NCA Certified Concierge by providing a stellar level of service to her clients, demonstrating a commitment to the community & her involvement in the NCA. There are currently less than 25 NCA Certified Concierge in the country.
Debbie Carvouniaris - Vice President, Operations
Debbie, co-founder of TimeWise, began her career in hospitality in 1985 when she opened her own bakery/catering business in her hometown of Oklahoma City. The business secured many important accounts, including upscale country clubs and large corporations based in the city. She organized elaborate weddings and catered social events for corporate and private parties. Debbie moved to Las Vegas in 1988 to be near family. She has been quite busy since arriving in Las Vegas, building a diverse background in hospitality, real estate, marketing, and customer service.
Debbie oversees the company's Concierge Services & is your "go to person" for what's happening around town. She publishes TimeWise's wildly popular weekly newsletter, the "Friday Buzz". She is past Membership Director the NCA-NV Chapter and volunteers her time for many charitable causes.
Debbie Kaye - Vice President, Marketing
A native Las Vegan, Debbie Kaye has established herself as an expert in the VIP services industry. Her career in hospitality began in the early 1980's working at the Stardust Hotel & Casino. From there, she moved on to the VIP Lounge at Caesars Palace and spent the next 15 years there, catering to the hotel's VIP guests. In 1999 she was recruited by Paris Casino Resort to open their VIP Lounge, serving as Manager. Moving on to the Aladdin, she opened the Aladdin Casino and London Club VIP Lounges. With Debbie's contacts & long standing community relationships, it was a natural for her to take on the marketing for TimeWise.
Debbie is a founding member and past President of the National Concierge Association - Nevada Chapter. She currently serves as a Special Advisor to the Chapter & is the Philanthropy Committee Chair.
Kristi Pritchett, Vice President, Vendor Relations
Kristi Pritchett joined the TimeWise team in 2008, when TimeWise acquired the existing Concierge Program at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), one of the nation's top ranked Coldwell Banker brokers. Kristi had initiated the program at CBPR in 1999 and has helped thousands of new home owners with recommendations and scheduling of services to assist clients with the move process. Under the TimeWise umbrella, Kristi has continued running the successful program while overseeing vendor relations for TimeWise.
Kristi is very active in industry associations, presently serving as Executive Vice President of the National Concierge Association (NCA) in addition to being Past President of the NCA Nevada chapter. She is also involved in many philanthropic causes by chairing, volunteering or contributing financially. Some of the charities she has supported have been Habitat for Humanity, SafeNest, Goodwill, Opportunity Village, United Blood Services, Salvation Army and the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation.
